How to install
 using root explorer or es explorer, go to systemapp and then look for vending.apk and delete it.
 
then go to mntsdcarddownload
 copy the vending.3.5.19+mod.apk
 and paste it to systemapp
 
permision rw-r-r
 
then reboot
 enjoy! downloading other region apps!
